I'm Melissa Jones. I started in nursing to advocate for patients. That purpose continues to guide every part of my consulting work.
With more than 30 years in nursing, surgery, and healthcare leadership, I bring experience from ambulatory surgery centers and major trauma hospitals to the questions my clients face.
My background combines executive leadership in healthcare operations with hands on surgical nursing experience across cardiovascular, pediatric, and multispecialty care.
Whether I'm reviewing a medical record, coaching a leader, or evaluating a facility plan, I look at how decisions affect patients, clinicians, and the day to day work of care.
